Terms and Conditions for Change Reactor

1. Overview
Change Reactor is a holistic coaching and strategy practice offering one on one programs, digital products, and energy work sessions. Services are delivered online to clients globally.
 

2. Services Offered
We currently offer:

- The Switch, a 12 week private one on one coaching and strategy container
- Sonic Activations, custom affirmation songs and free digital audio downloads

3. Booking and Scheduling
Sessions are booked via a link provided upon enrollment. Clients may reschedule with 24 hours notice minimum. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being marked as completed unless there is a documented emergency. The Switch is a 12 week container. All sessions must be completed within that timeframe.

4. Payments and Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once payment is received. Payment plans may be available for The Switch. Missed payments will result in sessions being paused until payment is received. Sonic Activations are paid in full at the time of purchase. Change Reactor reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing enrolled clients.

5. The Switch Guarantee
Clients who complete all scheduled sessions and submit weekly integration work will receive continued support at no additional cost if the three core program outcomes have not been achieved by week 12. This guarantee applies only to clients who have fulfilled their participation commitments in full.

6. Results Disclaimer
Change Reactor does not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes. Results depend on the client's full participation, effort, and follow through. Coaching and energy work are complementary practices and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

7. Energy Work Disclaimer
Reiki and other energy modalities offered through Change Reactor are not medical treatments. Some clients may experience temporary energetic or emotional shifts following a session. This is a normal part of the process. If you have any medical or psychological concerns, please consult a licensed professional before engaging in energy work.

 

8. AI Assisted Content
Sonic Activations offered through Change Reactor are produced using AI music generation tools. All lyrics are written and intentionally selected based on client intake responses and energetic attunement. Each custom activation is infused with Reiki during the creation process. The AI is the instrument. The intention, words, frequency selection, and energy work are entirely human. By purchasing a Sonic Activation you acknowledge and accept this production process.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials shared through Change Reactor including worksheets, frameworks, audio files, video lessons, and session content are the intellectual property of Change Reactor. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without explicit written permission.

10. Confidentiality
Change Reactor treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Client stories and personal details will not be shared publicly without explicit written consent. Testimonials used publicly are shared only with client permission.

11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
